Smart Music - make practice into a video game!

I have not yet looked into this personally, but here is a report from another teacher:

http://www.smartmusic.com/

Ruth Brons says:
For practice, I am a big fan of SmartMusic.   Students can practice with
accompaniment that not only can be set to play at any tempo and to also
play or not play the melody, but it can be set to be somewhat flexible
to listen and follow the slight tempo variations of the player.

It also records each time, for feedback. It has all the Suzuki repertoire, plus
several other method books, ear training and rhythm exercises, thousands
of orchestra pieces, and, my favorite, scales! My students LOVE playing
scales with SmartMusic, using the Assessment feature [it turns correctly
played note green on the screen, and gives a percentage correct score]
to turn scales into a video game to master. Well worth the annual
subscription fee!
